Our wall lanterns are hand-wrought from solid copper or brass; the traditional metals we favor for outdoor lighting. These pieces are not polished or lacquered but do receive a mild “antique” finish which chemically “ages” the metal. Once exposed to weather, natural aging takes over.

When selecting a lantern remember that the piece will be outdoors, and should therefore be large enough to appear correct from a distance away.

A) Stonington Lantern

Traditional proportions and style make this lantern very pleasing to the eye. The glass guards, which bow out slightly, bring another interesting element to this design. Available in 3 sizes.

B) Easton Lantern

Travel the Connecticut Housatonic Valley and you will see the pyramid shaped top of our Easton design replicated over and over.  A true New England classic. Available in 3 sizes.

As the wooden handle implies, these lights were originally designed to be carried around the farm. We have adapted the design for wall mounting. Available in 2 sizes.
